Professional Resources

Black Wharton Undergraduate Association (BWUA) is comprised of high-potential undergraduate business candidates whose interests vary across numerous industries: financial services, strategy consulting, marketing (brand, fashion & retail), technology, law and nonprofit. Our organization serves as an intermediary between our diverse corporate sponsors and these members.

We hope to not only make BWUA students aware of business opportunities, but to also further prepare our members for professional success in whatever career path they may choose. BWUA’s goal as an organization is to provide members with valuable professional development resources: general body meetings, workshops, mentorship and now through a new professional database. The purpose of this professional database is to help members become more familiar with specific careers, companies as well as with the application and interview process.

Currently, our professional resource database covers general items (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn), careers (finance, consulting, marketing), as well as many companies.

Access to our professional resource database is restricted to BWUA members only. Please reach out to Ebun Ajao (ebajao@wharton.upenn.edu) for the password, or if you have resources you would like to add.
