Beyond general membership, there are several ways to increase your involvement, develop as a leader, and assist in running our organization.

Freshman Logistics Coordinator (Written Application):

The Black Ivy League Business Conference, hosted by BW, brings nearly 200 high-achieving students from all eight Ivy League Universities to Penn's campus to further their professional development and engage with Black business leaders and sponsors. In your very first semester at Penn, you can join the team of individuals who help make BILBCon a success! Opt to join either the Logistics, Marketing, Speaker Acquisition, or Special Events committees as an FLC.

GALA Logistics Team Member (Written Application):

Launched in 2009, the Galvanizing Adolescents towards a Legacy of Achievement Award reaffirms BWUA's institutional commitment to civic engagement and corporate social responsibility. Each year, the GALA Logistic Team plans a dinner that honors one local organization whose exemplary work supports, uplifts, and inspires members of our Philadelphia community.
